As a customer, you are responsible for the following:
Allowing access into and out of the yard
Notifying our team if there is a change of listed dogs using the yard (including visiting dogs or foster dogs)
Confining your pet (if they are aggressive) from the yard on date of service and confirming with our scoopers on your service date that they are secured. Please note:If we cannot enter your yard, we donβt receive confirmation that an aggressive dog is secured when we arrive at your yard or your pet will not allow us to enter, you will still be charged for the service trip and your service will be resumed on its next scheduled date.
Area to be serviced must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves, snow and debris. Although we will make every effort to make your yard 100% clean, our pooper scoopers understandably cannot clean what they cannot see. If visibility is a concern, you will be notified on your scoop ticket.
If the customer requests a come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customerβs bill.
Super Duper Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/10th of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge.
Billing:
All invoices are due within 7 days of the date issued. Any services provided by Super Dupers Scoopers will cease for delinquent accounts.
Reminders will be sent at least 2 days prior to the invoice due date. There are no exceptions unless customer(s) have agreed to a customized payment schedule prior to the invoice due date.
A late feeof $15.00 will be applied to an account starting the day after the invoice Due Date and continue to be applied every 7 days until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Initial scoops or cleanings after a significant pause in service may be subject to a higher fee due to accumulated waste.
Pricing and promotions are subject to change. In the rare event that this occurs, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes. Cancellation of regular services prior to one month of scooping will result in forfeiture of any signup promotions.
Severe weather may make it hazardous for our scoopers to be outside to complete all scheduled visits for a day. When this occurs, you will be notified by our team if your cleaning will be missed. Missed scoops will be rescheduled if possible. You will not be charged for scoops that cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Super Duper Scoopers does not provide services on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day (Weekend), 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Yearβs Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will schedule your cleaning. Services will only be charged if we preform services.
In times when your dog(s) will not be using the yard (e.g. vacation, illness) and you would like to avoid paying for an unnecessary visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like a cleaning to be skipped.
Super Scoopers does not assume any liability for damage made to gates, yards, pets or any other property.
Our team may take photos of your pet(s) for social media posts. If you wish for us not to post pictures of your pet(s), simply let us know by e-mail at service.superduperscoopers@gmail.com.
Either party may terminate service at any time. To terminate service, please e-mail service.superduperscoopers@gmail.com or call (681) 248-0669. Upon termination notification, your card will be charged for any outstanding balances (if applicable). Same day service cancellations initiated by the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee- no exceptions.
Cancellation or postponement of regular recurring services requires 24 hours notice via a phone call or email. If the customer wishes to resume services at a later date, they will be subject to an initial clean fee upon reinstatement of service. Please refer to our pricing for one-time cleanings for reference.
By initiating service, you agree to the listed service terms and conditions and give Super Scoopers permission to enter your premises and perform services.
If more than 14 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied.One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. If payment becomes more than 30 days late Super Duper Scoopers will turn your account over to collections.

Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/Gallon Sprayed)
Come Back request ($5/time)
Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($5/visit)
Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)
